I thank you all, known and unknown, for writing to me, I am deeply grateful for your care! It's only been a few days and the boundary of my public voice has been pushed into the territories of politics. The opposite could also have happened, that is, that I would withdraw and be silent forever and deal only with the world of my characters. We are going through a quasi-tyrannical time that came slowly before our eyes, such that it not only ruined us economically, psychologically, morally, but also made us discreet in front of the big world.
I have never Cambodia WhatsApp Number Data been silent, and because I have not been silent, the mud has not been enough to push me to be silent, they have often touched me even in intangible things, which I have entrusted to God. When I received a very serious invitation from the Democratic Party, I stopped for a moment, and called the gods of truth that sleep inside me, and decided. I decided, because I didn't want to be in the moral guillotine of what Dante has said for all generations and for all times, that "there is no being more despicable than the one who maintains neutrality in times of turmoil".
I didn't want to have this feeling, even though I know that I run the same risk of throwing on myself the same feeling that I myself had towards bad politics. I repeat, against bad politics and bad politicians, after they entered the Albanian parliament, left their mark and came out with dignity, a bunch of people who have all the respect of the Albanians, including my respect. I would like to be like them. The invitation to run for the Albanian Parliament came to me very early, from the first hours of democracy, when I was a very young journalist and I wrote the first reports on the political change and the fall of the dictatorship in one of the first pluralist newspapers "Fjala free".
